About the Role:

Squadric is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our client’s innovative product design team. In this contract role, you’ll use your expertise in interaction and visual design to craft intuitive, compelling, and seamless user experiences across enterprise-level collaboration tools. If you’re skilled in navigating ambiguity, thrive in agile cross-functional teams, and enjoy shaping end-to-end design solutions, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver outstanding user experiences, guiding design from concept to execution.

• Create intuitive user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate design intent.

• Actively participate in design critiques, contributing to the continuous improvement of design systems and patterns.

• Document and effectively articulate design decisions and their impacts on users, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture emphasizing creativity and continuous improvement.

Your Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of professional UX/UI, product, or interaction design experience.

• Proven proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools; ability to develop pixel-perfect mockups and maintain component libraries.

• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, from initial concepts to final visuals.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in agile, multidisciplinary teams.

• Quick learner, receptive to feedback, and skilled at applying insights effectively to design iterations.

• Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Previous experience designing enterprise or productivity-focused collaboration tools.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.

• Experience with animation tools or creating interactive short videos or GIFs.
